By This Is Money Updated: NATWEST Stockbrokers has been forced to take legal action to recover cash from a client after it made a huge overpayment on a share deal.

In November , she instructed NatWest to exercise the options and then immediately sell the shares. NatWest filed a claim in the High Court in London to recover the cash from Anderson. After she failed to reply to the claim, the court ordered her to repay the cash. NatWest Stockbrokers declined to comment further, nor would it say how often it miscalculated clients' payouts.
