Was this review helpful? I was basically taking calls from customers that was upset or needing a refund to be granted again. They would call in and say something like I called last week and I requested a refund but I have not received anything yet and it has been a week already.

I had to deal with those kind of customers and sometimes I would get cursed out but that was part of me being an inbound sales agent first and then moving up to escalation representative. I really enjoyed my job. Working at home on the computer was amazing the company lead me through the process calling service was clear. And the nexusOP guide through everything what i should say to my customer and what i could do to help our customer i meet great customer over the phone.

If you are already working and need a part time and also have to make time for family, this a good job. Except you are pretty much in a rat race.. Everything is basically do it yourself!

For you to take their Calls. I am reporting them. They charge you to take their calls. They will deduct money from you. I was ready to take calls and did not receive one call.

I listened to elevator music for an hour. Rip off, they charge you for you take calls. I have not had any problems with NexusOp My pay is direct deposited weekly when I work, always on time!

Friendly staff, always polite and always there to help if you ever get need assistance. Get paid every week.

Work From Home Jobs With No Fees

Yeah, it is a work at home job, but they paid every week, and that is what I need. Been with them more than a year and every week I get my money in my account. It is direct deposit. You talk through a computer, not through a phone, and that take a little getting used to for some people. It is not a place where people hang around after work or chat people it is all work at home. I have been working with people a year that I never met.

Keep looking for a job. You end up owing them. There is nothing good about working here. It's not hourly, it's per minute, but you only get maybe 6 calls per day on the customer service side.

Mostly people asking for refunds. Then you get flagged for not trying to get angry people to keep their accounts. Accounts they claimed they never opened.

On the sales side, it's an automatic. They pay weekly and you dont have to pay for your background check. You get paid per minute, but maybe 3 or 4 calls come in the entire day. On the sales side, you are trying to sell credit repair to people who are looking for loans, because they have no money. The company is a scam. I believe that Nexusop is just set up to make money for themselves. Anytime you have work from home agents that are paid 9 cents per minute for talk time, yet you take.

For all the people who they sign up and who login, most aren't going to make sales but yet when they make outgoing calls per the dialer, the company makes money. It is a BIG JOKE. There are lots of legit call center work from home opportunities. Seek one of those because this just isn't it. Nexusop is a good company to work for, you get to work at home and talk on the with customers all day and it's easy to get your account set up to start taking calls right away.

I would not require anyone to work for this company as an home job because its agreements you have to follow when you login and prices that are deducted from you on your pay and also your calls. This company is a scam that is why i worked there a short time.

Dont like this company. This company is a big sacm they dont really give you a chance to make some money you dont work over two weeks they take all your calls for no reason when they fell like you can make alot of money. This job is stressful and is based on the amount of customers you can get to keep their accounts. If a customer select to cancel their account you will lose earnings. It is a great WAH job. They give you the resources needed to be a good agent.

Yes they do have flags but just like in any JOB you have to be compliant and follow the rules. If you follow the rules there is no way you will be flagged. They have thousands of independent contractors.

This is there way of making sure you are doing your job. The only people that are upset about it is those who are scammers.

Do your job you wont be flagged. I enjoy the fact that I can work for however many hours I want, when I want. It is from the comfort of my home. I don't have to worry about traffic, gas, or buying lunch.

Love the flexible hours and the ease of using the dialer. They resolve problems quickly and efficiently, so you can move on to the next item at hand. Great environment with good customers.

The hours are flexible and the pay is always on time. Had no co workers as it is a work at home job. I love the independence of it as well. The customers are usually well mannered, and the other agents are usually on top of their game.

NexusOp does not pay a lot of money. You do get to work from the comfort of home. The data enty system is not always functioning so you can not do your full job and it counts against you.
