Management is not very good. Poor experience with reprimanding employees, hard to advance in positions at the center. Was this review helpful? Fun place to work. Biolife was the best job i had ever had.

The Management also made work more fun and personal. My Typical day at Biolife is good. Over all it is a very good place to work but not if you are looking for consistency.

The benefits are good bit the pay is only Very enjoyable place to work and advance. Fast paced environment but the team I worked with had a lot of fun in our day.

Breaks were sometimes scattered but you always got them. Many opportunities for advancement. Most enjoyable part of the job was the team I worked with. We became a family and from what I've heard most BioLife centers are this way. I enjoyed working here but this company closed down. This was a plasma donation facility and I worked here for 9 months.

I left because I missed bedside patient care. Production instead of Relationship building. This is a great place to work for if you have no family and love long hours. The atmosphere is a melting pot of diversities and ethics. Reminded me of high school "clicks". Loved interacting with donors however, they are treated as a number and not a person. Some game activity to build up moral which is needed to maintain sanity.

Short breaks, and no availabilty for emergency bathroom breaks, or a drink of water due to short staff. Productive environment with friendly atmosphere. From administering vitals to performing venipunctures and aiding in donor reactions, this position is far from boring. I gained valuable experience as a phlebotomist, and I also increased my level of professionalism tremendously while at Biolife.

The staff treat everyone with respect and have outstanding attitudes. The hardest part of the job is working hours that prevent you from keeping a regular schedule outside of work. The most enjoyable part of the job is easily the environment, because of how dedicated and caring each employee is.

I am leaving Biolife because work from home rn jobs rochester ny management is not what they need to be and certainly not what they sold me in the interview!!!!!

I don't like going to work dreading the day! I can overlook the management team being green- we all are green here. But when the big boss seems to like making people feel stupid- that's not a good place to work for anyone! So my rating is for Pasco, Wa- but Haden, Idaho and Bellingham, Wa. Best management to work for. I have never had a boss who cared so much for his employees.

Working here has taught me how to do my job, they do all the training in-house. It's a job where you stand all day, and always on the go. I do love working here, the people I work with are awesome, and the benefits are great, but if you have a family, it takes a lot away from your family. Working at BioLife Plasma Services: Reviews | sanapidyqel.web.fc2.com

The culture at BioLife Plasma Services was very rewarding. It felt great knowing that I actually was helping in the creation of life saving therapeutic medications. When I worked for BioLife, my schedule was all over the place. Sometimes I would be working 5 hours a day in the morning, while others I would be scheduled for 10 hours throughout the day.

Instead of giving their employees the holidays to spend with their families, they would run promotions to get donors to come in and schedule more employees on those days. It was great knowing that I made a difference working there, but I ended up quitting because my children were more important to me than my job.

A typical day as a Senior Plasma Technician would be calibrating the plasma machines, setting up plasma machine tubing, and performing entry-level phlebotomy skills.
